This Acceptable Use Policy forms part of our Terms of Service. Opaige exists to help honest applicants rehearse a real interview. This page sets the line between legitimate practice and misuse.
1. What Opaige is for
Practising your own visa interview. Rehearsing your own answers, in your own words, about your own genuine circumstances and intentions, so you walk into the real room calm and prepared.
2. What you must not do
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Impersonate anyone. Don't run a mock as someone else, or coach another person to misrepresent who they are.
- Prepare a fraudulent or deceptive application. Opaige is for rehearsing truthful answers. Using it to script lies, fabricate a backstory, or coach someone to deceive a consular officer is strictly prohibited.
- Present Opaige output as official. Never show a transcript, score, recording, or PDF to an embassy, consulate, court, or authority as if it carried official weight. It does not.
- Resell or share access. One account, one person. Don't resell sessions, share logins, or operate the Service as a paid coaching front without a written agreement with us.
- Attack or abuse the platform. No scraping, reverse-engineering, automated bulk access, attempts to extract our prompts or models, rate-limit evasion, or probing for vulnerabilities outside a sanctioned disclosure process.
- Harass or harm. Don't use the Service — including the voice/video channel — to harass, threaten, or abuse anyone, or to generate hateful, harassing, or illegal content.
- Break the law. No use of the Service that violates applicable law, sanctions, or export controls.
3. On the AI officers
The officers are AI characters built to pressure-test answers within safe limits. They will not insult you, will not ask about religion, sexual orientation, or political views, and will stop immediately if you say you want to stop. Do not attempt to jailbreak, manipulate, or coerce the AI into behaviour outside those limits — that is itself a breach of this policy.
4. Reporting misuse
If you encounter content or behaviour that breaches this policy — including AI output that crosses a line — report it to support@opaige.com. We investigate every report.
5. Enforcement
Breach of this policy may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account, without refund, and — where fraud or illegality is involved — referral to the relevant authorities. We reserve the right to remove content and restrict access at our discretion to protect users and the integrity of the Service.
