This Refund Policy forms part of our Terms of Service. It explains exactly when an Opaige purchase can be refunded. We've kept it short and specific so there are no surprises.
Before you start the mock: fully refundable within 7 days of purchase. Email support@opaige.com from your account address and we'll process it to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
Once the mock has started: the session is consumed and non-refundable. A mock is considered started the moment the call connects to our voice or video service — typically within a second of you clicking Begin. The officer is provisioned, the AI compute starts running, and the session is delivered. The same way a completed lesson cannot be un-taught.
You can cancel anytime from your billing settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal — you keep Unlimited access until the end of the month you've already paid for.
A month already started is non-refundable, including any unused portion. We do not pro-rate. If you cancel on day 2 of a billing month, you keep access for the remaining ~28 days and are not charged again.
First-month exception: if you subscribe and run zero mocks in your first billing month, email us within that month and we'll refund it in full — no questions asked.
Charged twice, or charged after you cancelled? That's our error — email us and we'll refund the duplicate in full immediately.
If a mock fails on our side before you receive a scored report — a provider outage mid-session, a scoring pipeline failure — we either re-credit the session or refund it, your choice. A failed mock never counts against you.
If a mock cannot complete for a reason on your side — a microphone problem, a network drop, a browser crash — we'll re-credit the session once as a goodwill measure so you can try again. Repeated user-side failures are handled at our discretion: we will always work with you in good faith, but we cannot refund unlimited attempts.
Nothing in this policy removes consumer protections that apply to you by law. If you are a UK or EU consumer, your statutory rights — including any applicable cancellation rights for digital content — are unaffected. Where local law grants you a stronger remedy than this policy, that law prevails.
